When does the LoL Mythic Shop reset?
The Mythic Shop operates on three different timers to keep the selection fresh. Daily accessories like emotes and icons rotate every day at 12:00 AM UTC. Weekly chromas refresh every Thursday at 12:00 AM UTC. Finally, the main selection of 12 Mythic and Prestige skins rotates every two weeks, also on Thursday.
Why do some skins cost more Mythic Essence than others?
Mythic Essence pricing is based on the type of a skin, Prestige skins typically cost 150 , then Hextech/Mythic skins cost 125
How can I earn Mythic Essence faster?
The most reliable way to gain Mythic Essence is through the Event Pass, which offers chunks of ME at specific milestones. You can also earn it by reaching milestones through opening Masterwork Chests or by leveling up your account, which occasionally grants ME in champion capsules.
Can I buy a chroma if I do not own the skin?
No. To unlock a Mythic Chroma or a rare event-exclusive variant from the shop, you must already have the base skin in your collection. The shop will prevent you from spending essence on a chroma for a skin you do not own.
Do these items ever return to the shop?
Yes. The Mythic Shop is designed to give players a second chance at rare content. While it may take a year or more for a specific skin to return, the shop is a rotational system, meaning unvaulted content will eventually cycle back into availability.
