BLG opened Worlds 2025 with Beichuan starting over Shad0w in the jungle. Early on, Beichuan’s Jarvan and ON’s Elise invaded River’s blue, but the 100T jungler secured his buff and slipped away on a sliver of health.
Around the first drake, 100T won a 2-for-1 while neither side claimed the objective. Top side, Bin’s Rek’Sai overdived, tanked three turret shots, and died while trying to stop Dhokla’s Sion from recalling.
The next ten minutes were quiet. Elk picked up two kills in small skirmishes, and BLG took Rift Herald uncontested.
A pick on ON gave 100T their first dragon to even the count. At 20 minutes, with Atakhan spawning, BLG set up for the fight, but 100T refused to overcommit into their vision.
The skirmish stretched into a drake battle that 100T dominated. They secured the dragon, won the fight 5-2 to ace BLG, then claimed Atakhan, ending the sequence up 1.1k gold.
Moments later, 100T found a clean mid-lane engage, went 3-0, and converted straight into Baron, ballooning the lead to 5.5k. The Baron power play pushed the advantage past 8.5k and put 100T on soul point.
In BLG’s jungle, 100T decided enough was enough. They ran straight in, won the fight cleanly, and Dhokla even solo-dived Knight under his own inhibitor tower. 100T closed it out for a statement upset win.
