Arcane Brawler Vi Fixed In PBE, Caitlyn Mask Update!

Riot Games has announced changes to the Arcane Brawler Vi skin on the PBE following significant feedback from players. These changes aim to improve the skin’s visual alignment with its splash art and the character’s appearance in Arcane.

Updates to Arcane Brawler Vi

The following adjustments have been made to the Arcane Brawler Vi skin:

Darkened Textures and Palette: Riot has modified the skin’s textures and color palette to better reflect the darker tones seen in Arcane and its associated splash art.
Balancing Dark Colors in Gameplay: While darker tones often struggle to look appealing on Summoner’s Rift due to the game’s vibrant art style, Riot worked to strike a balance between visual clarity in-game and staying true to the series’ design.

Prestige Caitlyn Mask Fix

In addition to the changes for Vi, Riot also fixed Prestige Caitlyn’s mask issue during her recall animation. This fix ensures her visual effects are consistent and polished.

Why the Changes?

Riot acknowledged that the initial version of Arcane Brawler Vi didn’t fully capture the gritty essence of the Arcane universe. These adjustments were made to meet fan expectations while ensuring the skins remain cohesive with League of Legends’ aesthetic style.
